Campaigns & Candidates will not be permitted to loiter in the Credentials Room. Campaigns & candidates who wish to view real-time credentialing & check in status of delegation members on convention day should do the following:

Information on possible options for candidates to reach the
People at the 2009 Minneapolis DFL City Convention.
There are 1,851 Delegates & Alternates to this Convention, plus many more expected visitors, speakers, and interested political activists.
Each delegate will receive a copy of the program, which will
contain the agenda, rules of the convention, officer reports, and
other important materials. For your advertisement to be included,
ads must be received in scalable, black and white JPEG format, no
later than 5:00 PM on May 7th.

We will have a large number of tables and hospitality rooms
available. Please note that table charges are per table and not per
organization. If you need to use multiple tables, we will be happy
to accommodate you, but you will be asked to pay for them.

Hospitality rooms .... $100 (Plus a separate $100 damage deposit check. This check will be returned to you if the room is left in a satisfactory condition at the end of the Convention.)

Mailing lists of Delegates & Alternates are available.
The price is 10 cents per name, payable in advance.
The entire list includes 1,851 Delegates & Alternates; smaller lists
for specific Wards or Park Districts are also available
The lists are in electronic spreadsheet format, containing name, address, phone, ward-precinct, delegate/alternate status, etc. (Not emails; those are only available with VAN access.)

VAN access provides a candidate or organization with online access
to the Minnesota State DFL database, with online data storage,
generation of lists, labels, and mass emails. Cost depends on
the office sought and the district size.
