Data Entry of Precinct Caucus information will start as soon as possible after the Precinct Caucuses. We will concentrate first on entering data for the 3 Wards that have Conventions first, then the rest of the data. We expect to have those 3 done by Friday, March 6th.
All the data will be entered onto the state DFL VAN system. Candidates who want full use of the VAN facilities can buy VAN access from Jared at the state DFL. Otherwise, candidates who just want to purchase a list of Precinct Caucus attendees or Delegates can do that from the Minneapolis DFL. The cost will be 10 cents per name. Contact Treasurer Tim Bonham (t-bonham@scc.net) to obtain this.
Some Wards are doing their own data entry, otherwise this is the schedule for the joint data entry operation organized by Mandy Tempel (612-978-6963, atempel@visi.com). Volunteers are welcome at any of these times. The more help we have, the sooner the data will be available to candidates.
