Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 p.m. The Chair, Brian Melendez, presided. The Secretary being absent, Judy Melanson was appointed as acting Secretary, and recorded.

A quorum was present.

Amanda Tempel, a CD5 Director and a delegate from Senate District 59 to the State Central Committee, had taken a job with Hennepin County that conflicted with her political activity. She was therefore taking a leave of absence from her Party offices.

There were no minutes from the March meeting, which had lacked a quorum.

Daniel Miller spoke on behalf of Peggy Flanagan, an endorsed candidate for the MPS Board of Education.
